• An opportunity to allow your Traditional Bowhunting voice to be heard by government and other hunting organizations. The A.T.B.A. is affiliated with the A.B.A. and works together closely with all Alberta's conservation and hunting organizations. We will however, be diligent in promoting our Traditional Bowhunting lifestyle and have our needs recognized
• HISTORICAL RECORDS BOOK Alberta's only Traditional Archery Record Book.

• REGIONAL REPRESENTATION Our association has divided the province into 16 different regions. Each region will have a region rep to host different events i.e. Stump Shoots, Group Hunts, even just get the members together for coffee, share a story or two and some laughs.
• A.T.B.A. YOUTH Our association wants to help teach youth the importance of the traditional style of archery and bowhunting.

• HERITAGE CLASSIC JAMBOREE will be held anually in different parts of the province each year.
