Dear: Alberta Traditional Bowhunters Association Members

I am pleased to inform you that your organization qualifies for group discount privileges.

The discount privilege is subject to the following conditions:

1. The discount is for 10% off regular priced (yellow ticketed) items only. Sale and Best Buy (orange ticketed) items are not eligible for the discount.
   

2. As our ski packages already offer a reduced price no further discount will be given.
   

3. All members must have a non-transferable ID card that is updated yearly. The card is for personal use only.
   

4. Members must have their ID card at the time of purchase.
   

5. The card must be presented before items are rung into the till.
   

6. Members will be entered into our Happy Camper program so that staff can access member file and discount privileges more efficiently at the cash till. All personal information is confidential and used only to notify customers of special in-store events and for occasional mailings. This information is not shared or sold to any other party.
   

7. Campers Village may revoke the discount at anytime upon our discretion.

All staff has been informed of these conditions and will make their best effort to limit any misunderstandings.
